役割
- マネジメントに対して、ファイナンス面での実績、見通しおよび計画を、PLやKPIのファイナンス指標を用い定期的に報告する。
- 管理会計の視点で、現状の実績、見通し、計画作成における既存システムの改善、業務プロセスの簡素化を図る。自部門の業務だけでなく各ファンクションと連動して改善していく。
主な職務内容
- 財務分析（Daily, Weekly, Monthly）
- 財務計画（予算）の作成（年3回）
- 本社向けビジネスレビュー（月次）用資料の作成
- Daily及びWeeklyのKPIレポートの作成
- 経費管理（レポート作成及び他部署とのコミュニケーション）
- チームベースでの作業環境の構築
