Duties and responsibilities:
Working in an international team with excellent potential for career and compensation.

The position will start of from back office and then move into mid and front office with experience gained in through the on the job training.
No previous experience in Aviation Finance is required.
Willingness to learn the business and develop skills through on the job training.
Assist department head and team members on daily business operation.
Support the aircraft trading team to conduct market and industry research and analysis.
Prepare transaction summaries, analysis modeling and presentation materials for external and internal use.
Assist in coordinating and support in client meetings as needed.
Communicate efficiently and proactively with internal and external counterparties to complete the transactions according to Company’s standards.
Domestic business travel within Japan maybe required. Occasional overseas visits with airlines and lessors to get market insights when necessary.
Participate in various global aircraft leasing related conferences and events when needed.
Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by team/ department head.
Certain period of OJT may be required in Hong Kong or Dublin office subject to then international travel restrictions.
