■ポジション：スタッフ～マネージャー級
業務内容：
以下のように、M&Aに関連するFA業務・FAS業務（価値算定、DD等）・PMI業務等をお任せいたします。
■M＆Aアドバイザリー（国内・海外）
・M＆A戦略立案・交渉支援 ・資本戦略／資金調達検討支援 ・M＆Aストラクチャーの設計／組織再編等の実行支援 ・株式価値算定 等
■トランザクション支援（国内・海外）
・財務税務DD ・PPA支援
■PMI（統合マネジメント）
・統合計画の策定/シナジー効果測定 ・PMO支援 ・連結経営管理体制構築支援

- 日商簿記1級取得者
