【職務内容】
- 物件取得検討案件に対する耐震性や劣化調査などのリードと戦略的改修コスト算出
- 物件取得後の同上項目の統括実績管理
- ER会社、各種調査会社、PM会社、設計者、施工者など外注会社の選定サポート
- 省エネ実施検討、費用対効果検証、実施管理
- 年間CAPEX策定リードおよび実施管理
【必要条件】
- 不動産ファンド、不動産アセットマネジメント、不動産関連のアドバイザリー会社、プロジェクトマネジメント会社、デベロッパー、建設会社、民間審査会社等でコンストラクションマネジメント業務経験
- 学士号がある方
- 流暢な日本語、英語スキルは不問
- 高いコンストラクション管理能力とコミュニケーション能力
- 一級建築士等の建設関連資格保有者尚可
- 不動産基礎知識保有者尚可
