【主たる役割】
① PCR, TBRおよびOHT用タイヤのコンポーネント用に、複合押出し成形機を使って成形品を造るためのプロセス・スタンダード、図面、仕様、ツーリング、試験方法等を開発する。　
② PCR, TBRおよびOHT用タイヤのコンポーネント用に、N2+Stream, Stream+HW, Hot Water等の硬化剤を用いる硬化プロセスのプロセス・スタンダード、P&I図面、仕様、ツーリング、試験方法等を開発する。

Head – Extrusion & Curing (APMEA)

【Main Responsibilities / Job Summary】
(Primary deliverables of role and its scope)

• Develop process standards, drawings, specification, tooling, test methods etc required in various extrudates using Multiplex extruders used for various components for  PCR, TBR & OHT tyres in consultation with Manufacturing and plant technology and issue them to Plant Technology.
• Develop process standards, P& I drawings, specification, tooling, test methods etc required in Curing process with various curing media N2 + Steam, Steam + HW, Hot water used for various components for  PCR, TBR & OHT tyres in consultation with Manufacturing and plant technology and issue them to Plant Technology.
• Building and Delivering Process Roadmap (on-time, in-budget, as per quality and performance norms)
• Process Technology preparedness for future and leadership: Being ready for future demands emanating from OEM customers, replacement market demands / technology advances like ULRR, EV, Low NVH, low weight etc.
• Operational Efficiency: Process optimization and Delivery, Cost Management, etc.
• People Development and Bench strength Readiness: Efficient team structure, role and responsibility allocation, developing capabilities of team members, preparing team for future needs in terms of capability and capacity
• Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with other functions (Product & Technology functions within R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Customer Service, purchase etc.) to effectively execute strategy
