【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
- Specialize in Salesforce Marketing cloud to maximize LTV of the clients use
- Create effective targeting plans for CRM communication to strengthen client engagement
- Manage marketing automation tool
- Run PDCA cycle to improve the result of marketing communication
- Run EDM campaigns with the coordination of businesses and the 3rd party agency
- Work closely with CRM data analysis and marketing teams for effective planning
- Work closely with regional IT and Global teams for marketing automation management
【REQUIREMENTS】
- Minimum of 5 years working experience
- 2 years of experience in specializing Salesforce marketing cloud
- Require good CRM data mining skills with a logical and strategic point of view
- Business level of Japanese and English
