Given the current weak Japanese Yen and the rise of investment opportunities in Japan, they are currently seing a strong increase in demand for their services, hence they decide to hire a CPA Accountant to support their growth.
You will be reporting directly to the Head of Japan , and will have the opportunity to work alongside a team of highly qualified accountants and fund managers in a very international and fast paced environment. My client is a truly international company with offices in 25 locations across the globe, so you will be able to work closely with colleagues in different countries and regions.

• A Japanese Certified Public Tax Accountant or US Certified Public
Accountant
• 3+ years of experience with accounting firms
• Experience in Japanese real estate SPV administration, including the entity
formation, bank account opening, tax filings, directorship or liquidation
process for Ippan Shadan Hojin, Kabushiki Kaisha, Godo Kaisha, Tokumei
Kumiai or Tokutei Mokuteki Kaisha
• Experience in IFRS and US-GAAP
• Working English communication skills (e-mails)
• Native or near native Japanese communication skills
