- コーポレートサイトや各種媒体の企画と運営
- 採用PR活動
- オファーレターの作成
- 内定者のフォロー、各施策の振り返りと改善
- 中途採用業務・外国籍の方の採用担当
【REQUIREMENTS】
- ２年以上の社会人経験
- ビジネスレベルの英語力（TOEIC800点～）
- 新卒・中途問わず自社採用経験
- 人材紹介会社での法人営業経験
- RPO等の採用支援会社での経験あるいはコンサルティング会社での人事コンサル経験
- 事業会社における営業などビジネスフロントサイドのご経験
