【メインミッション】事業部の営業戦略に沿った新規顧客開拓と受注（主に外資系クライアント獲得）
- ここ数年でクライアントが急増しビジネス拡大に伴う増員
- SFAやLinkedInなどの顧客情報に基づく顧客へのアプローチ
- TAG ジャパン営業チームとの連携により、エコシステム推進の視点での営業活動
- グローバルチームとの連携による、営業活動
- 入札案件や提案書の作成
- クライアントのRPO部門への課題解決のためのPJ事業導入提案
- 健在ではなく潜在層にターゲットをしぼっての開拓
- クライアント獲得に向けての戦略から実装
