・M A、JV候補企業の分析、評価及びM AもしくはJVの実行
・M A、JV契約の交渉
・グローバルエグゼクティブコミッティ向けプレゼン資料の準備
・これらの活動に対し、株主やグローバル執行委員会に対し、プレゼンテーションを行い承認を得るべく プロジェクトをリードする
