- Improve the capabilities and productivity of the engineering organization
- Conduct engineer’s career setting, evaluation, feedback
- Create a system to improve the productivity of engineers
- Fostering a sense of unity in the engineering team
- Plan and execute technology branding measures
【REQUIREMENTS】
- 5 years or more development experience as an engineer in SaaS or business company
- 3 years or more management experience in a developed organization of above 30 people
- 5 years or more member management experience as an engineering manager
- Engineer labor management skill
- Experience in setting, evaluating, and giving feedback to engineers
- Experience in allocating human resources for multiple development projects
- Experience in team building
- Fluent in Japanese equivalent JLPT N1
