- 新規開拓をする産業分野と対象顧客を特定して販売計画を立てて実行する。
- 顧客のアプリケーションに最適な製品の提案並びに技術的なサポートを提供する。

・機械工学科卒以上（大学、工業高専、工業高校）
・外資企業あるいは機械輸入専門商社で機械部品の営業及び技術サポートの経験5年以上。
・日本の機械メーカーへの営業経験
（当社製品は機械に組み込まれる重要機能部品であり、汎用品あるいは装置ではない。取引先は大・中規模の機械メーカー）
・日本の機械メーカーの技術者との直接交渉の経験
（交渉相手は主に開発・設計のエンジニアなので、技術的な対応が求められる）
・言語：母国語としての日本語とビジネスレベルの英語あるいはドイツ語（技術的な会話を含む）
