【業務内容】
預かり資産運用を軸とした顧客営業コンサルタント。

お預かりしている資産に対するお客様のご意向を伺い、グループとの共同で展開するマネープラザと連携し、幅広い取扱商品の中からより良い選択肢を提供していきます。

当行では、ネット証券の強みに加え、富裕層のお客様のニーズに対応すべく、幅広いソリューションを提案できる営業体制を敷いて参ります。

主に首都圏・関西圏、地方店(札幌、名古屋、福岡)で展開されるフィナンシャルセンターのお客様のニーズに合わせてサービスを提供して参ります。

今回の募集は、特に富裕層コンサルタントを強化する為、その経験をお持ちの方を幅広く募集いたします。

A customer sales consultant centered on asset management in custody.

We will listen to the customer's intentions regarding the assets entrusted to us, and cooperate with Money Plaza, which is jointly developed with the Group, to provide better options from a wide range of products.

In addition to our strengths as an online securities company, we will establish a sales structure that can propose a wide range of solutions to meet the needs of wealthy customers.

We will provide services according to the needs of customers of financial centers that are mainly deployed in the Tokyo metropolitan area, Kansai area, and regional stores (Sapporo, Nagoya, Fukuoka).

This time, we are looking for a wide range of people with experience in order to strengthen consultants for the wealthy.

Required Skills

【必須条件】
・銀行、証券会社、保険会社にて5年程度の個人営業経験のある方
・外貨預金、投資信託、変額保険、仕組債等の金融商品の販売経験が豊富にある方
・証券外務員資格、保険販売資格等必須
・全国転勤できる方(首都圏、関西圏内の転勤については、ご相談に応じます。)

※テレワークは行っておらず、出社していただく必要があります。時差勤務はお使いいただけます。

・顧客に対するアドバイザリー業務またはコンサルティング業務経験
・事業性評価業務に関わる経験
・企画力、プレゼン能力
・関係者との高いコミュニケーション力

<最終学歴>大学院、大学卒以上

 

【Prerequisite】
・Those who have about 5 years of personal sales experience at a bank, securities company, or insurance company
・Experienced in sales of financial products such as foreign currency deposits, investment trusts, variable insurance, structured bonds, etc.
・Securities sales representative qualification, insurance sales qualification, etc. required
・Those who can be transferred nationwide.
