• 日本のクライアント関係者とのディスカッションや調整、オフショアのチームメンバーとのディスカッションを可能にする優れた日本語/英語会話スキル

• 機能テスト、システム テスト (ST)、統合テスト (SIT) などのさまざまなテスト フェーズに参加する

• クライアントとプロジェクトの仕様内で欠陥を最小限に抑えることを目的として、詳細な要件を理解し、テスト ケースを設計し、テスト データを準備し、テスト ケースを実行します。

• E2Eシステムの観点からスコープアプリケーションのテストを分析し、テストシナリオを考案することが可能

• 欠陥管理システムで欠陥を報告および追跡する

Roles and Expectations;

• Good Japanese /English conversation skills to enable discussion with Japanese client stakeholders and co-ordination , discussion with team members at offshore

• Involve in different testing phases like Functional Testing, System Testing (ST), Integration Testing (SIT)

• Understand detailed requirements, design test cases, prepare test data and execute the test cases with the objective of ensuring least defects within the client and project specifications.

• Capable of Analyzing the test in scope applications from E2E system perspective and Come up with the Test scenarios

• Raise and Track defects in Defect Management System

• 受験者は JLPT N2/N3 認定を取得しており、日本語の漢字の読み書きができるか、優れた英語の赤/書き/会話能力を備えた日本語を母語とすることができる必要があります。

• 機能テスト、システム テスト (ST)、統合テスト (SIT) などのさまざまなテスト フェーズに関する知識。

• 日本語と英語の両方で優れたコミュニケーション能力と顧客対応スキルを備えている必要があります。

• 保険分野に関する知識。

• テストツール (Selenium、SOAPUI、JMeter) に関する知識があるとさらに有利になります。

• Candidate should be either JLPT N2/N3 certified and Should be able to be in a position to read & write Japanese Kanji scripts or Native Japanese with good english red/write/speak ability.

• Knowledge on different testing phases like Functional Testing, System Testing (ST), Integration Testing (SIT).

• Should have good communication both Japanese & English and client facing skills.

• knowledge on Insurance domain.

• Knowledge on testing tools (Selenium, SOAPUI and JMeter) will be an added advantage
