- Understand the business requirement and system designing
- Understand the system functions and give the evaluation on the estimates and schedule.
- Provide the solutions in Java/J2EE, webservices, JavaScript/jQuery

- Experience in Angular and Cloud is a plus
- Tech lead experience with design and code review is a plus
