Job Description
- Assist in the execution of various transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, and strategic advisory engagements
- Conduct in-depth industry research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and market trends
- Perform financial modeling and valuation analysis on prospective transactions
- Prepare presentations, pitch materials, and client communications
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations
- Support senior bankers in managing client relationships and new business development
