プロジェクトマネージャー (ソーラー事業部）

Permitting and Project Documentation

•Lead preparation of project related documents in conjunction with Legal Team

•Lead key permitting process and discussion with authorities (METI, Utility, Forest Office or any other Administration)

•法務チームと協力してプロジェクト関係の書類準備、作成。

•許認可関係のプロセスを管理し、経済産業省、公益事業、森林局、その他行政との協議を行う。

EPC Management

•Manage EPC negotiation with EPC Contractor(s) in conjunction with Investment Team

•Prepare execution schedule and manage EPC Contractors

•Follow up of progress of the works and comparison with the planned schedule.

•Write reports on the project for senior management.

•Monitor expenses and compare with expected Cash Flow in order to minimize deviations and over costs.

•Monitor cash flow projections and report actual cash flow and variance. Prepare financial reports together with accounting department.

•インベストメントチームと協力して設計、調達、建設等の請負業者と交渉、商談を行い、全体をマネジメントする。

•実行スケジュールの作成、提案、管理

•工事の進捗状況を確認、関係各所との調整を行い、プロジェクト全体を管理する。

•プロジェクトに関するレポートを作成し、関係各所に共有、報告を行う。

•キャッシュフローマネジメント（超過コストを最小限に抑えるような提案、実行、管理）。

•ファイナンスチームと協力して財務報告書を作成する。

勤務地:
東京、ただし適宜出張を要する

年収:
経験により優遇
パフォーマンスに基づき任意の年間ボーナスを支給

Required skills:

1．5 yrs experience in project management

2．Possess exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.

3．Strong management, interpersonal and communication skills

4．Japanese (both verbal and writing) skill should be native level. English (both verbal and writing) skill should be business level.

1. プロジェクトマネジメント経験5 年以上

2. ネゴシエーションスキル、プレゼンテーションスキル

3. コミュニケーションスキル

4. 日本語（口頭と筆記の両方）：ネイティブレベル

　英語（口頭と筆記の両方）：ビジネスレベル以上

Preferred skills:

1．Work experience in an overseas or a multinational environment

2．Proficiency with CAD, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

3．Project management experience in renewable energy industry from Japanese trading or construction companies is a plus.

1. 外資系企業での勤務経験

2. CAD、Word、Excel、Outlook、PowerPoint に習熟している

3. 日本の商社または建設会社での再生可能エネルギー産業におけるプロジェクトマネジメント

経験があれば尚可。
