- Visualforce、Apex（どちらか一方でも可）によるコーディング経験
◆あると望ましい経験・スキル
- コールセンター業務の運用設計経験
- エンタープライズ向けシステム開発の経験（下記の何れかに当てはまる方）
- －システム開発におけるWFモデルの工程（要件定義もしくは設計～導入、運用保守）経験
- －小規模（2～5名程度）から中規模（6～10名程度）の開発チームの管理
- プロジェクトマネジメント経験3～5年
