Main responsibilities:
- Full spectrum of legal issues including privacy, IP, retail, e-commerce, compliance and more
- Draft and review variety of contracts in Japanese and English
- Implement local legal policies and work with senior management to improve processes
- Coordinate and manage outside counsel as needed
