【業務概要】
以下1.または2.の業務をご担当いただきます。

1.中堅スタッフ
・プロジェクトファイナンス案件ソーシング、分析、ドキュメンテーション、実行およびモニタリングをプロジェクトリーダーとして推進
・プロジェクトファイナンスに関連するビジネス（インフラ関連ビジネス等）を企画、推進

2.ジュニアスタッフ
・プロジェクトファイナンス案件の分析、ドキュメンテーション、実行およびモニタリングをチームのジュニアスタッフとしてサポートする

【プロジェクトファイナンス部について】
・国内、海外のプロジェクトファイナンスの案件分析・組成、エグゼキューション、モニタリング、エージェント業務等を行っております。

【国内】

再⽣可能エネルギーを中⼼とした、国内プロジェクトファイナンス案件のソーシング、分析及び組成（スポンサーとの交渉等を含む。シンジケーション組成は他部と協業）、エグゼキューション（審査など他部との調整、折衝を含む）、モニタリング業務等
＊取り組み案件はほぼ全て他部と連携して⾚道原則の観点からの確認などを⾏います。また、これに関連して新⽣グリーンローンにも積極的に取り組んでいます。

【海外】

インフラ（道路、光ファイバー、スマートメーター等）、再⽣可能エネルギー（洋上⾵⼒等）等様々なタイプの海外プロジェクトファイナンスのソーシング、分析及び組成（スポンサー、商社、⾦融機関等との交渉等を含む。他部との協業もあり。）、エグゼキューション（審査など他部との調整、折衝を含む）、モニタリング業務等

＊ファンド組成など上述の枠にはまらないビジネスを⼿掛ける可能性もあります。

・プロジェクトファイナンスを専門に扱っている部署となります。部内には国内案件担当、海外案件担当、ミドルバック担当の三つのチームがあり、総勢約70名（一部他部との兼務を含む）が在籍しております。

・在宅勤務可、時差出勤制度あり。

[Business overview] You will be responsible for the following tasks 1. or 2. 1. Mid-level staff ・Promoting project finance deal sourcing, analysis, documentation, execution and monitoring as a project leader ・Planning and promotion of business related to project finance (infrastructure related business, etc.) 2. Junior Staff ・Support the analysis, documentation, execution and monitoring of project finance deals as a junior staff member of the team [About the Project Finance Department] ・We are engaged in domestic and overseas project finance project analysis, composition, execution, monitoring, agent work, etc.

(Domestic) Sourcing, analysis, and composition of domestic project finance projects, mainly in renewable energy (including negotiations with sponsors, syndication composition in collaboration with other departments), execution (screening, etc. (including coordination and negotiation), monitoring work, etc. *Almost all of the initiatives are confirmed from the perspective of the Red Road Principles in cooperation with other departments. In connection with this, we are also actively working on new green loans. (Overseas) Sourcing, analysis and composition of various types of overseas project finance such as infrastructure (roads, optical fiber, smart meters, etc.), renewable energy (offshore wind power, etc.) (negotiations with sponsors, trading companies, financial institutions, etc.) (including collaboration with other departments), execution (including coordination and negotiation with other departments such as examination), monitoring work, etc. *There is also the possibility of engaging in businesses that do not fit into the above framework, such as fund formation.

・It will be a department that specializes in project finance. There are three teams in charge of domestic projects, overseas projects, and middle backs, and there are about 70 people in total (including some who work concurrently with other departments). ・Working from home is possible, and there is a staggered working hours system.

■必須
・ビジネスレベルの英語力
・プロジェクトファイナンス分野の経験または同等のスキル（不動産ノンリコースローン、他、ストラクチャードファイナンス等）
・四年制大学または大学院卒業
・日本語ネイティブレベル

■歓迎要件（なくてもご応募可能です）
・メガバンク、外銀での海外プロジェクトファイナンス業務経験
・金融機関における業務経験3年以上（ジュニアレベルの場合は不問）
・MBA

<1.2.
