Job Description
Our client is a leading global real estate company. Their lines of business include investment management, development and operation.
They are currently looking for an Associate or Manager for their Fund Management division.
Responsibilities
- Oversee fund management operations
- Work closely with the asset management team to draft and promote profit improvement measures
- Develop and implement fund investment strategies, annual operation plans, and budgets
- Incorporate new investment projects, make decisions to sell, and execute deals
- Monitor fund performance and adjust investment strategies
- Manage investor relations and prepare various reports

- Exposure to foreign companies or overseas (preferred)
