Job Description
- RF (Radio Frequency) IC characterization test
- Evaluation and S-parameter analysis capability with network analyzer
- IC package design and test jig design using CAD tools
- IC reliability such as HTOL (High Temperature Operating Life), THB (Temperature Humidity Bias) and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) test planning and execution
- Test program design for IC characterization and reliability test

- In-depth knowledge of advanced calibration schemes for high-performance RF circuits
