・アライアンス戦略策定 - クロスボーダーM＆Aアドバイザリー
・M&A戦略立案、M＆A案件のオリジネーション
・M＆Aストラクチャーの設計／組織再編等の実行支援
・M＆A条件検討／交渉支援
・資本戦略／資金調達検討支援
・株式価値算定／財務モデリング作成 - PMI（統合マネジメント）
・統合計画の策定／シナジー効果測定
・統合事務局（PMO）支援
☆海外出張及び提携グローバルネットワークとの英語コミュニケーション等、グローバルな環境で従事いただきます。
