【業務内容】
・海外子会社(ベトナム・香港・NZ)におけるコンシューマーファイナンスビジネス向けの与信戦略や各種予測モデルの妥当性検証(貸倒予測、顧客の生涯収益予測、与信最適配分モデル、等)及びその継続的なモニタリングを実施。これら検証を通じて、当該ビジネスの「持続可能な成長」に資する与信戦略が構築されていることを確認し、もし問題が認められる場合には戦略や予測モデルの再開発の具体を指導します。
・海外コンシューマーフィナンスビジネスに関する新規事業、事業買収、戦略投資等におけるリスク面からの分析・アドバイス及び投融資実行後のモニタリングを行います。
・将来的には海外子会社のリスク担当者として業務を行っていただく可能性もあります。
【部署概要】
グループ個人業務リスク管理部はグループ会社内の個人向け与信ビジネス全般に関するクレジットリスクを管理する部署です。銀行本体や子会社・関連会社における個人向け無担保ローンビジネスや個品割賦・クレジットカードビジネス及び住宅ローンビジネスについてその与信戦略全般を管理・指導しクレジットコストのモニタリング及びコントロールをおこなっています。
部内には、個人審査企画担当、与信戦略支援担当等、3つのラインにわかれており、総勢約35名が在籍しております。
今回は個人審査企画担当での募集となります。
個人審査企画担当では、多くの中途入社社員が在籍しており、これまでの経験を活かして活躍いただいております。

[Business content]
・Validity verification of credit strategies and various forecast models for consumer finance business at overseas subsidiaries (Vietnam, Hong Kong, New Zealand) (forecast of bad debts, lifetime earnings forecast of customers, optimal credit distribution model, etc.) and continuous monitoring thereof carried out. Through these verifications, we confirm that a credit strategy that contributes to the "sustainable growth" of the business has been established, and if problems are found, we provide specific guidance on redevelopment of strategies and forecast models.
・Analysis and advice from the risk side of new businesses, business acquisitions, strategic investments, etc. regarding the overseas consumer finance business, and monitoring after the execution of investments and loans.
・In the future, there is a possibility that you will work as a person in charge of risk at an overseas subsidiary.
[Department overview]
The Group Individual Business Risk Management Department is the department that manages credit risk related to the general credit business for individuals within the group companies. We manage and direct the overall credit strategy and monitor and control credit costs for the unsecured personal loan business, installment sales/credit card business, and housing loan business of the bank itself, subsidiaries, and affiliates.
The department is divided into three lines, including those in charge of individual screening planning and those in charge of credit strategy support, with a total of about 35 people.
This time, we are looking for a person in charge of individual screening planning.
Many mid-career hires are enrolled in the individual screening planning department, and they are playing an active role by making use of their past experiences.
As a way of working, we are also using telecommuting. In addition, there is a staggered working hours system, and flexible working styles are possible.
