【CFO】Fast-growing Space Tech company

Our client is a tech startup focused on the space industry. Their main product is based on an innovative technology that sets it apart from the competition and aims to revolutionize space satellite operations. Their partners include government, academic institutions and international clients.

As they enter a phase of considerable expansion, they are looking for a Chief Financial Officer who will oversee the fundraising, manage the accounting operations and support the preparation for the stock listing.

Salary: 10 million yen plus stock options

Responsibilities

• Preparation of business plan
• Fundraising and relationship with investors
• Monthly, quarterly and annual closing
• Construction of budget and actual management system
• Preparation of various application documents associated with the listing. IR work, preparation of disclosure materials
• Negotiations and coordination with audit firms and underwriters

• Knowledge and experience in listed company accounting
• Knowledge and experience in internal control
• Experience using SaaS
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English
• Experience in preparing for listing at a business company (preferred)
• Experience in auditing newly listed companies at an audit firm, or consulting experience (preferred)
