Job Description
Our client is a leading Global Real Estate firm. They operate in several countries globally and they work across the entire real estate spectrum.
They are now growing their portfolio in Japan and they are looking for a Director who will support the Asset Management team.

Responsibilities
- Monitor property operating and financial performance
- Develop strategies to maximise property revenue
- Create annual property valuation analyses for each asset
- Undertake market research, data analysis, and revenue forecasting
- Oversee the reporting process in a timely and efficient manner
- Prepare regular updates on asset performance and financial reporting for senior management, investors, and owners

- Analytical problem-solving skills and ability to undertake detailed analyses and make decisive recommendations
- Solid leadership qualities
- Dedicated team player with a strong sense of ownership
