【給与】月給：25万円～30万円 ※初年度の月給額となります。
＜年収モデル＞475万円/入社3年目 27歳（月給30万円＋年間4回賞与＋諸手当）

【試用期間】1～6ヶ月（試用期間中、月給20万円～）
【勤務時間】
- 隔月曜日、火曜日～金曜日 9：30～18：30
- 土曜日 13：00～16：30
- 休憩時間：1時間00分
- 残業なし
※試用期間中は、土曜2回出勤＋月曜2回休暇の勤務ですが、試用期間終了後、土曜2回出勤＋月曜2回休暇にするか、時間外手当（時給2000円）で土曜出勤にするか選択できます。
【休日休暇】年間休日130日
- 隔週休2日制（隔週月曜・日・祝日）
- 有給休暇：10日（※取得率90％以上）
