＜仕事内容＞
- 担当ブランドのオペレーション、SV、MGR業務
- 現地スタッフの育成
- 新規事業の立ち上げ
＜任せる仕事＞
- 店舗運営
- 複数店舗をマネジメント
※ゆくゆくはFC店舗へのSV業務もお任せします。
＜キャリアパス＞
最初は先輩社員とともに店舗の運営を学んでいただき店長としてお店をお任せします。
その後マネージャーとして複数店舗をマネジメントしていただきゆくゆくは統括部長をお任せしたいと思っています。

- 留学やワーホリなどの海外経験
- 飲食店での店長経験2年以上
- 新店立ち上げや海外で働いたことのある経験

【給与条件】想定年収 400万円～600万円
- 経験・能⼒を考慮します。
- 試⽤期間3ヶ⽉あり（期間中の給与・待遇に差異はありません）
- 年収例
- 30歳店長：月給36万円（海外手当含)×12カ月＋賞与
- 31歳マネージャー：月給48万4000円(海外手当含）×12カ月＋賞与
