【Position Overview】

• PLM System Engineer role involves operating and maintaining the Teamcenter PLM solution for a client embarking on their PLM journey. The candidate will collaborate with a global team and play a pivotal role in supporting the client's digital transformation efforts. The role offers significant exposure to global practices, and opportunities for career growth in system development and business consulting.
• As a PLM Solution Architect, you will be responsible for understanding the client's business processes, designing the PLM solution architecture, and collaborating with both local and global teams to ensure successful implementation of the new system. The position requires expertise in PLM systems, such as Teamcenter or 3DExperience, along with a strong ability to communicate in both English and Japanese.
• PLM Project Manager role will be responsible for managing the complete implementation process of a next-generation PLM system, overseeing stakeholder communication, risk management, and quality control, while ensuring minimal customization to meet engineering needs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of project management, engineering processes, and PLM systems, as well as experience working in a global environment.

PLM System Engineer

■Minimum qualifications

• Experience in PLM operation, maintenance, or development, ideally in collaboration with a global team.
• Sufficient proficiency in English to perform the required tasks.

■Languages

• Japanese: Fluent level(JLPT N1 or above)
• English: Business level

PLM Solution Architect

■Minimum qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience as a Solution Architect.
• Strong understanding of Engineering and Manufacturing processes, with the ability to design PLM solutions.
• Functional knowledge of Engineering or Manufacturing business processes.
• Experience with at least one global PLM tool, such as Teamcenter or 3DExperience.
• Experience in PLM consultation and implementation projects.
• Extensive experience in project definition, planning, requirements gathering, analysis, and process mapping.
• Experience with 2-3 end-to-end implementations.
• Broad understanding of application and technology integration frameworks.
• Expertise in applying structured methodologies to define, implement, and maintain end-to-end solutions using packaged software.
• Proven track record of successful delivery in large-scale, high-profile projects involving both business and IT components.

PLM Project Manager

■Minimum qualifications

• Solid understanding and experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), particularly with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Proven experience in managing project risks and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working within engineering or manufacturing domains.
• Familiarity with basic engineering, manufacturing, and PLM terminology.
