The main duties and missions of the maintenance engineer are:  
•    To intervene as a maintenance expert for Exotec Nihon
•    To support the field maintenance teams if his technical skills are required 
•    To be focused on customer satisfaction 
•    To handle the management of the maintenance contract: regular meetings with customers, regular reporting, pricing of out of scope actions 
•    To performs preventive or retrofit maintenance tasks on systems and machines if required 
•    To reports internally the issues on the system, in a philosophy of continuous improvement of the system 
•    To assists with installation and deployment of new systems or machines 
•    To responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed 
•    To act as one of the main interlocutors of the design team (R&D) for specific maintenance issues 
•    To proposes improvement of maintenance procedures and processes

Required Qualifications
●    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering required
●    Some experience on a robotics related job 
●    Must be a robotic fan
●    Ability work on various tasks from mechanical troubleshooting to robotic software configuration 
●    Ability to switch quickly between field and office work 

Required Soft Skills
●    High energy level and a “can do” attitude
●    Problem solving mindset 
●    Really high autonomy level 
●    Capacity to talk both clients, contractors or suppliers 

Required Technical Skills 
●    Broad knowledge on software, mechanical and electrical engineering
●    Good competencies in robotic design and configuration 
●    Good SQL programming skills 
●    At ease with manual work (ideally the person like DIY and to craft on his/her free time)
