■ポジション：スタッフ～マネージャー級
業務内容：
以下のように、M&Aに関連するFA業務・FAS業務（価値算定、DD等）・PMI業務等をお任せいたします。
- M＆Aアドバイザリー（国内・海外）
- M＆A戦略立案・交渉支援 ・資本戦略／資金調達検討支援 ・M＆Aストラクチャーの設計／組織再編等の実行支援 ・株式価値算定 等
- トランザクション支援（国内・海外）
- 財務税務DD ・PPA支援
- PMI（統合マネジメント）
- 統合計画の策定/シナジー効果測定 ・PMO支援 ・連結経営管理体制構築支援

Required Skills
下記のいずれかに該当する方
- コンサルティングファーム・金融機関・商社において企業の財務分析・財務管理系業務の経験がある方
又は - M&Aファーム・事業会社等においてM&A関連分野に係る業務経験がある方
- 士業保有者（公認会計士（日本・ＵＳ）、税理士、等。科目合格者を含む）
- 日商簿記1級取得者
- 海外勤務の経験がある方、ビジネス英語力（会話・文書作成）を有する方
■活かせる資格：公認会計士・税理士（科目合格を含む）
■選考過程：書類選考 → 一次面接 → 最終面接 → 内定
