職務内容

M&Aトランザクションサービス（プライベートエクイティ）は、プライベートエクイティクライアントの投資先の企業価値を高め、リターンを創出するために、案件の初期段階から、案件のクロージング後のサポートに至るまで、M&Aに関する深い知見と経験にもとづく助言や提案を、適時・適切に提供します。

●業務内容

・財務デューデリジェンス

・会計ストラクチャー助言業務

・カーブアウト財務諸表作成支援等の売却支援業務

・財務モデリング業務

・財務、会計領域に係るポストマージャーインテグレーション(経営統合)支援

・上記業務に関連するプロジェクト・マネジメント業務

Job description
M & A transaction service (private equity) has deep knowledge and experience regarding M & A, from the initial stage of a deal to post-closing support in order to increase the corporate value of the investee of the private equity client and generate returns. We will provide timely and appropriate advice and suggestions based on this.

・ Financial due diligence
・ Accounting structure advisory business
・ Sale support business such as carve-out financial statement preparation support
・ Financial modeling business
・ Post-merger integration support related to finance and accounting area
・ Projects related to the above business・ Management work

応募資格
・上記業務内容の経験がある方
・プライベートエクイティ（グローバルおよび国内大手）へのサービスに興味がある方
・監査法人における監査実務経験者
・事業会社における経理や会計財務、事業管理・事業投資・経営企画部門での実務経験者
・Tableau、 Alteryx、Power Pivotのデータ加工経験者または興味がある方
・投資銀行等におけるリサーチアナリスト・財務分析業務の経験者
・FAS系ファームにおけるFAS業務経験者（M&A・再編・バリュエーション業務系）
・日系・外資系問わず金融機関でのM&A実務者や法人向けの審査部門の経験者
・コンサルファームにおけるコーポレートファイナンス関連実務経験者
・投資ファンドでの価値向上支援の実務経験者

※いずれのクラスも英語力ある方優遇

● Eligibility for application

・ Persons who have experience in the above business contents 

・ Persons who are interested in services to private equity (global and domestic major) Accounting and accounting finance, business management, business investment, business planning department, Tableau, Alteryx, Power Pivot data processing experience or interested person, research analyst at investment bank, financial analysis work Experienced person 

・ Person who has experience of FAS work in FAS farm (M & A, reorganization, valuation business) 

・ Person who is M & A practitioner in financial institutions regardless of Japanese or foreign capital, person who has experience in examination department for corporations, corporate finance related in consult firm Persons with practical experience / Persons with practical experience in supporting value improvement in investment funds
