Responsibilities
- Manage local team in Japan and work with other teams internationally
- Control and review the closing activities for the group
- Perform a periodical review of the Balance Sheet together with CFO
- Business Partner with finance/business, to ensure the successful delivery of services to accounting customers
- Support Internal and group audit
- Support projects for process improvement
- Be responsible for people development and training

Required Skills
- More than 8 years of working experience in Accounting
- Team leadership experience required
- “Big 4” or MNC experience preferred
- SAP experience preferred
- Strong accounting knowledge on the JGAAP and IFRS
- CPA/JCPA preferred. Nissho Bookkeeping Test Level 1 preferred
- Analysis, reporting and communication skills
- Fluent in English & Japanese
- Good at Microsoft office, especially at Excel and PPT
