マーケティング部門の立ち上げ責任者として、弊社が運営している美容サロン向けWebサービス(不動産物件/資金サポート/M＆A)のデジタルマーケティングを中心とした戦略・戦術の立案および実行をご担当いただきます。圧倒的な業界No.1に向けて緊急度および難易度の高いミッションを担っていただきます。ご経験によっては事業戦略まで関わっていただくことも可能です。
・マーケティング戦略の立案と実行
・マーケティング予算策定、管理
・運営サイトのUI/UX改善
・ソーシャルメディア運用(InstagramやXなど)
・新規組織立ち上げおよびチームビルディング
・経営層に対するレポーティング
・広報、PR など
