主な業務内容：
- サプライヤーコミュニケーション
- HMとのコミュニケーション
- パフォーマンス追跡
ステイクホルダーマネジメント：
- 顧客のHMとサプライヤーの日常業務の連絡先としてあらゆる問い合わせに対応する
- 顧客との関係を構築し、関係者とコミュニケーションして、目的のサービスレベルメトリックを達成する
- 受注と業務詳細確認・Requirement確認のIntake Callとサプライヤへの発注作業
- 候補者の受付、スクリーニング
- 候補者のオフィス訪問と雇用プロセスを促進するために、クライアントとサプライヤーの間の連絡が円滑に取れるよう努める
パフォーマンスとコミュニケーション：
- 個別契約書作成の為の情報収集、社内システムへの入力
- HM/主要な担当者と連携して、適切なセキュリティ、バッジ、テクノロジー調達のニーズが満たされるようにする
- 契約更新の管理（VMS等）
- マスターデータのメンテナンスを提供する
- レポートの元データの作成
サプライヤーマネジメント：
- ワークフローの管理
- サプライヤーのサービス提供の促進
- 情報共有
- 新規追加手続き
