＜主な業務＞
・新規受注顧客向けの実装業務および初期運用
・商業的/技術的な物流提案の準備、提出、プレゼンテーション
【具体的な職務内容】
・営業機会を獲得するためのSalesCloud（営業データベースツール）へのデータ入力
・新規受注顧客の実装業務および初期運用における調整
・顧客、仕入先、キャリア、海外拠点/代理店との連携
・船積書類作成およびシステム入力
・会社独自のシステムや顧客システムへの入力（必要に応じて、B/L発行、請求書処理、予約業務を含む）
・適切な原価計算に基づく見積作成
・輸送モードや業務範囲に関わらないサービス対応
・顧客の目標や要望に応じた適切な船舶またはフライトの予約
・顧客会議や出荷前会議への参加（必要に応じて）
・港や引取/配送現場での積み込み/荷下ろしの立会いと報告（必要に応じて）
・社内外の顧客および海外拠点/代理店からのスポット案件や業務依頼への対応
（変更の範囲）その他会社が定める業務

- ビジネスで英語を使用できる方
- 特殊貨物、三国間輸送、海外現地輸送等のオペレーション経験がある方歓迎
