- ショールーム来訪者へのシステム家具のご案内、接客、販売業務
- シミュレーションを希望されるお客様にCADを使用してのプランニングサービス
- ショールーム運営に関する業務サポート全般
- 問い合わせ対応（WEBや電話問い合わせなど）
- 一般事務（入力業務、顧客情報登録など）
- 担当顧客層とチーム構成上 30代～40代半ばくらいまでの方に活躍頂いています。
※海外のお客様と英語でコミュニケーションをとる機会もあります！

- 高級家具の提案・販売、インテリア業界経験者
ブランドのショールーム・ショップで働くことのできる高い意識を持ち、顧客満足度と 企業利益、ブランド価値を総合的に考えられる方
自己マネジメントができて業務に優先順位をつけながら重要なタスクを期限までに完了できる方
従来のやり方にとらわれず、常に来場者や売上を伸ばすことを積極的に考え、業務効率化やサービスの向上の意識を持ち、改善を実施できる方。
英語ができれば尚可
