Job Description
■同社が展開する海外工場要員としての採用となります。一定期間日本で研修/就業の後に海外工場駐在員として赴任頂く事を想定しております。
【具体的には】
・現地ローカル社員のマネジメント、本社工場（日本：ヘッドクオーター）との意志疎通を図りながら工場運営・技術・品質マネジメントをお任せ
いたします。
【製造技術・生産技術責任者もしくは品質責任者】
・生産プロセスの改善
・生産ラインの設備改善
・品質向上に向けた改善
・現地社員の技術指導、マネジメント 等
