- A Consultative Approach -
Our consultants take the time to learn about you and your career. As specialists in the job market, our goal is to provide you with the personalised career advice that you need. We ensure that your CV accurately reflects your experience and that you are fully prepared for interviews, not only with guidance on proper interview techniques but also with a full briefing on the company and role you decide to pursue.
As expert consultants, we drive the recruitment process forward, schedule meetings with key decision makers, and negotiate salaries on your behalf.

- Our Consulting Process -
1. Registration
We don't charge any recruitment service fees to job seekers.

2. Initial Interview (Career Consulting and Introduction of Opportunities)
A consultant specialising in your area of expertise will contact you to arrange for an initial meeting at our offices. During this meeting, the consultant will learn about your skills, experience, personal strengths, and preferred future career path. As a result of this interview, consultants will be able to introduce you to career opportunities that match your skills and interests.

3. Apply & Interview
If there is a position that you are interested in applying for, we will recommend you to the client upon confirmation of your approval. If the organisation decides to interview you, we will arrange an interview date and time. Following the interview, our consultant will provide you with feedback on behalf of the interviewer.

4. Accepting an offer & Starting work
Your consultant will contact you if the organisation makes an offer and will guide you through any further negotiations on the details of the offer. This will include working conditions, start date, salary, and any other details specific to your situation. Your consultant will help you make a smooth transition to your new employer.

5. Follow-up after onboarding
JAC International is dedicated to providing ongoing support as you progress in your career journey. We ensure your long-term satisfaction and success in your new role.
