Restar Corporation

Effective April 1, 2024, Restar Holdings Corporation merged its subsidiaries, Restar Electronics Corporation, Restar Communications Corporation and Vitec Enesta Co., Ltd., and started under the new name Restar Corporation.

The Company was listed on the stock market as an electronics trading company, its original business. Today, we have branched out beyond semiconductor sales into a wide range of businesses, including the handling of video and audio equipment, and contract manufacturing, as well as renewable energy power generation and vegetable factories with the aim of realizing a sustainable society. During this time, we have built strong partnerships with outstanding manufacturers and partner companies in Japan and overseas, which is a foundation of our management. This has not only enabled us to meet the diverse requirements of our business partners and society, but also to create value added and develop diverse solutions and services.

In order to achieve further growth over the medium to long term, we will focus on the IT, system integrator, and engineering fields and transform our business portfolio with the aim of further strengthening our business structure. We will demonstrate further group synergies to move beyond the boundaries of an electronics trading company and grow into a company that contributes to people’s lives by solving the problems of our business partners and social issues.
