On July 1, 2025 (scheduled), a new concept food and beverage lounge, GINZA SAPPHIRE LOUNGE (6-9-2 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo), will open on the rooftop of the new headquarters, which is currently under construction as part of the Ginza 6-chome redevelopment project. Operated
by Sapphire Lounge Co., Ltd., a joint venture between Kurosawa Real Estate Co., Ltd. and STELA CO., the lounge is currently in preparation for opening and will become a new landmark in Ginza.
Details such as opening hours and menu offerings will be released at a later date.
