Yachiyo’s DNA consists of “a heart that cares about its customers” and “persistence to achieve the goals once set, no matter what it takes.” Since the foundation of the company, Yachiyo has carried out these original goals and over its more than 60-year history as a manufacturing company which has been supported by many people, such as its customers, stockholders and local residents.

Up to the present, Yachiyo has refined its technology and advanced in accordance with changes and needs of the social environment. The automotive industry is currently undergoing a period of transformation. With the increasing global awareness of the need to preserve the environment, efforts are made to become carbon neutral, set clear goals for electrification, improve electric products line-ups, and so on. In this transformation period, Yachiyo aims with its Yachiyo Vision 2030 “to become the key company in the mobility industry by constant manufacturing evolution.”

To accomplish Yachiyo Vision 2030, we have been utilizing our technology and know-how that we have acquired so far to develop plastic module products that contribute to further weight reduction of automobiles, develop roof module products that create even more comfortable automobiles interior space, and research and develop hydrogen tanks to contribute to reduction of environmental burden.

In order to survive this period of change and become “a company relied on and recognized by society,” we need to continue to tackle the challenge of creating new values by enhancing our current strength. For the year 2030, Yachiyo will continue to evolve its manufacturing capabilities that has been developed until now and strive to become the key company in the mobility industry as defined in our Vision.
