Our company was established in April 2021 to create the first trading venue for security tokens in Japan.
Security tokens are securities issued such as using blockchain technology.
By replacing conventional securities with security tokens, the costs of issuance, distribution, and management, among others, will be greatly reduced, enabling diversification of financing and smaller investments.

This year, we will strive to create a trading venue for security tokens.
We believe that by establishing a trading venue for security tokens, we will encourage the activation of the issuance market, and the issuance and secondary market will work together to revitalize the financial market and contribute to the further development of the Japanese economy.

Together with the operation of a proprietary trading system (PTS) for equities, which commenced operations in June 2022, we will continue to make efforts to contribute to the further development of the financial markets and to become a market leader.
