• 1916 Shiratori Seiyakusho Co., Ltd. founded
• 1948 Company name changed to Shiratori Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
• 1969 Chiba plant opened to produce natural and synthetic caffeine
• 1996 Chiba plant granted cGMP certification by US FDA
• 2003 Chiba plant obtained ISO14001 certification
• 2010 Chiba plant received FDA audit without FDA-483
• 2012 Chiba plant obtained FSSC22000.
• 2013 Akanehama laboratory opened to produce highly potent APIs.
• 2017 Tokyo sales office opened in Kanda.
• 2019 Head office was relocated to Makuhari New City.
