Cummins has two legal entities of Cummins Inc. in Japan: Cummins Japan Ltd. and Cummins Filtration Japan. With one primary office, a dealer training center, one warehouse, and over 11 authorized dealers in Japan, Cummins is committed to providing exceptional sales, service and parts support for all Cummins engines, generators, and components. 
Cummins was first introduced in Japan when it was established in Tokyo in 1961 to supply parts and service for Cummins powered equipment. During the past 50 years, the company has grown from a small office in Tokyo to a multi-faceted business serving both OEMs and end customers in Japan. Cummins Japan supplies engines, power generation equipment, engine components, service and parts to customers in construction, rail, mining, marine, government, power generation, truck and bus suppliers, and agriculture markets.
