Our international team based here in Osaka provides you with the best online shopping experience so you can buy your favorite items with ease. 
Buying items from halfway across the world can be nerve-wracking and we try to make the experience as painless as possible. With over half a million registered users from all over the globe, we ensure language will never prevent you from using our service. 
Currently, we provide customer support in 16 different languages, including English, Japanese, Spanish, French, Chinese (Traditional/Simplified), Russian, Ukrainian, Vietnamese, and Malay. Our customer service team is always happy to help you with any issues you might have!

We started this service with providing shopping facilitation for Russian clients in September 2013. Thousands of satisfied customers convinced us that our service has real value. In May 2014 we launched the English version, and now we work with all countries and ship world wide. Most recently, in November 2014 we launched a service for live bidding on Yahoo!Auctions in Japan.

Our Warehouses
Where do your items go when you order them? We currently own two warehouses in Osaka - one in Kadoma City and another in Suita. 
Once we receive your orders, they will be shipped to either one of these warehouses where we will store them until you are ready to create your parcel.
Then, we consolidate your packages (initial consolidation is free!) and ship them right to your doorstep. 
Our warehouse also offers optional services for your peace of mind, including a package reinforcement if you are shipping valuable or fragile items, as well as a photo service so you can check on the condition of your item before we ship it.
